Blades in the dark follows the story of four friends with various ambitions. Three are young entrepreneurs who smuggrate money in Tirana, Albania, with plans to turn a bunker from the wage era, forgotten on the outskirts of the city into a new modern restaurant. The fourth, however, is a desperate man, ready to do everything he needs to allow a dangerous debt with a ruthless chief of the local mafia. While the group is pursued one by one, the freezing story of the sawmill begins to reveal, revealing a twisted story of violence, revenge and madness. Without escaping and there is no room to hide, friends are confronted with their deeper fears and put the truth before the next victims become.
